Svetlana was an awesome.server. Very personable & attentive. This was our first visit to Mallards Inver Grove & we will definitely be back! We had the crab special for my husband’s birthday & it was so good. The crab was fresh & very easy to crack - so nice! Will try to be in Svetlana’s section next time. Thanks for a wonderful time.
Lana was great, met our needs and the food was awesome as usual. Came for happy hour, had crab cakes, corn fritters, and fresh salmon with vege fries. All of it was great, thanks for another great meal.
Taylor was awesome! She made my drink exactly how I wanted it and was super friendly the whole time. She was quick, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. You can tell she really cares about making sure everyone has a good experience and feels welcome. The service was great from start to finish, and she checked in at the perfect times without being overbearing. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made our visit at Mallards even more enjoyable. It's not often that one person can make such a difference in the overall experience, but Taylor definitely did. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend her to anyone stopping by!
We had a great meal- Ahi Tuna Tacos and Shrimp and Grits. Drinks were great s well We’ll definitely come back. Lana was also very friendly and attentive!
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful date night at Mallards! Lana our server was absolutely wonderful!! We enjoyed everything especially the elote corn fritters and lobster roll!!! Everyone is very friendly the service was fast and everyone helped out we never had an empty plate or glass at our table for long highly recommend Mallards to anyone even after eating we recommend it to our family and friends :)
Beautiful, sunny evening for 1/2 price Wings & Whiskey! This was the Wednesday special! Ann, our server, was very helpful and impressed us with great service! We enjoyed Whiskey, Margaritas, and appetizers for Happy Hour too!
Have to say this is my first time here and was super impressed right from the start. Svetlana was awesome and gave the best service. Offered me a sample of a beer I was not familiar with and it was perfect. She did an amazing job of serving me, making sure I enjoyed my happy hour food and was super friendly to top it off. I would give Svetlana more than 5 stars if I could and would consider driving from Hopkins to stop by for the excellent service. The Sunday all day happy hour is not to be missed either! In this economy…these things make us want to come out and support local businesses…while not breaking the bank.
The food was amazing. Our three meals are posted. No complaints. Our server was personal and made the experience even better. Saturday evening the restaurant was busy. We were lucky to get a booth right away. They do have a sign saying reservations recommended and can see why. The food is amazing and the service was great. Personally I like the ambiance - I like the nautical theme decor and Mallads do not disappoint.
Lisa made our experience unforgettable—she was absolutely hilarious and so much fun! The service was outstanding from start to finish. I had the lobster roll, which was fresh and delicious, and my husband loved the chicken and waffles. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!
We popped into Mallards after a Sunday run to Gertens. They do brunch on Sundays so its a very specific menu. We liked it and plan to come back for different options. Svetlana set us up with a delicious brunch. Next time we need to try some drinks.
